How do I delete my account?

To delete your profile, including all your trading accounts, please follow the instructions below. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds before deleting your account.

Instructions for deleting your account

Use the company’s Contact us page and fill in the necessary fields.
In the “Choose enquiry category”, please choose the option “Account deletion.”
Please specify the reason for deleting your account.
In the message, please specify: Your full name, email and trading account number.
Agree with the Terms and Conditions.
Once you submit your message, we will send you an email to confirm that your account has been deleted.
